Apple have after such a long wait released to market the 2019 version of their iPad Mini! The latest ipad mini 5 comes with Apple's A12 chip , a brighter display as well as Apple Pencil support, though the same 7 year old design! Then is this still the best small tablet and should ipad owners get the ipad mini 5?
